The Social Media Manager, ORM, and Brand Strategy is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that build brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community management. They will also be experienced in online reputation management (ORM) and brand strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.
Create and manage social media content that is engaging, informative, and on-brand.
Monitor and respond to social media mentions and conversations.
Build and grow the company's social media following.
Track and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Work with the ORM team to manage the company's online reputation.
Develop and implement brand strategy initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community management.
Experience in online reputation management (ORM) and brand strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
