Responsibilities:


Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company objectives, target audience, and brand identity.

Create original, high-quality content (including text, image, and video) optimized for each social media platform to maximize engagement and reach.

Manage all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest) and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.

Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

Stay up-to-date on best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in social media marketing.

Explore new platforms and tools to expand our social media presence and enhance the overall user experience.

Cultivate partnerships and collaborations with influencers, vendors, and industry professionals to amplify our brand reach and visibility.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the wedding or events industry.

Demonstrated expertise in creating compelling content for social media platforms, with a keen eye for design and storytelling.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to driving results.

Knowledge of SEO principles and basic graphic design skills are a plus.

A genuine passion for weddings, technology, and creating memorable experiences for couples.

Pay: 25,
  • 00 - 30,000.00 per month
