Job Description
Fawwnity, a leading direct-to-consumer skincare brand, is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for skincare, strong social media skills, and the ability to engage and grow our online community. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing various social media platforms, community engagement, customer support, and contributing to the overall brand strategy.
CTC: 4-4.5 L
Location: Bangalore, In-office-role.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Schedule and publish content, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.
Google and Meta Ads
Have at least one year of experience with Google and Meta ads
Can run ads and monitor its performance
Community Engagement:
Foster a sense of community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and initiating conversations.
Monitor and analyze social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement.
Customer Support:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns across social media platforms.
Collaborate with the customer support team to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
Content Creation:
Work closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.
Generate ideas for contests, challenges, and user-generated content to boost engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for future strategies.
Influencer Management:
Identify, manage, and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility.
Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers in the skincare and beauty industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
