Job Overview: As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
Experience Required: 5 years
Contract Tenure: 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with marketing goals and objectives.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms like Koo, Threads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,YouTube and Snapchat.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content creation, posting, community engagement, and customer service.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and implement best practices to improve performance and efficiency.
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and storytelling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to explore new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
