Job Description:

Esscents, a growing perfume brand, is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketer. You will be responsible for expanding our presence by creating engaging content, managing our Instagram and Facebook pages, and driving growth and engagement across both platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and post content (reels, stories, images, and captions) on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Drive follower growth, engagement, and build a strong community on both platforms.

Monitor and manage social media interactions, respond to comments, and foster positive engagement.

Analyze social media performance and implement strategies for consistent growth.

Stay updated on social media trends to keep our brand fresh and relevant.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure aligned campaigns and messaging.

Run paid social media campaigns to increase visibility and engagement as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role, preferably for a lifestyle or e-commerce brand.

Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook, including reels, stories, and follower growth strategies.

Ability to create visually appealing content, including video editing and graphic design.

Excellent communication and creativity.

Ability to analyze performance metrics and refine strategies.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
