We are seeking a creative and organized individual to join our team as a Social Media and Design Coordinator. This role combines social media management, design skills, and organizational abilities to create engaging content and maintain a strong online presence.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan and manage the social media posting schedule.
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with the audience and respond to comments and messages.
Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics and designs using Canva and other design software.
- Edit and produce video content for social media.
- Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns and visual content.
- Collaborate with the design team on visual branding and consistency.
Photography:
- Capture high-quality images for social media content.
- Edit and enhance photos for optimal visual impact.
- Understand lighting, composition, and storytelling through photography.
Interior Design Perspective:
- Offer creative input on interior design projects and visuals for social media.
- Stay updated on interior design trends and incorporate them into content.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Canva and other design and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of interior design principles.
- Passion for creativity and design.
