Job Opportunity: SEO Manager at Egniol Group of Companies
Egniol Group of Companies is seeking a talented and experienced SEO Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead and develop our SEO strategy, oversee a team of SEO executives, and drive organic traffic growth for Egniol Group of Companies marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities :
SEO Strategy & Leadership :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with Egniol Group of Companies overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Campaign Optimization :
- Analyze website traffic and search ranking data to identify optimization opportunities for Egniol Group of Companies marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices on our website and landing pages.
- Manage and monitor keyword research, ensuring targeted optimization for relevant search terms.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve website authority and domain ranking.
Technical SEO Expertise :
- Work closely with the web development team to ensure website structure, crawlability, and mobile-friendliness are optimized for search engines.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues that may be hindering website performance.
- Stay informed about technical SEO updates and algorithm changes from search engines (e.g., Google).
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in SEO management or related fields.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Experience working with and managing SEO teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Experience with SEO tools and platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).

- Knowledge of content marketing and its role in SEO.
