About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager/Sr. Manager to lead the development and execution of organic content for our social media channels. As the driving force behind our organic social strategy, you will work closely with the brand team to create compelling, engaging content that resonates with a global audience. Your work will help elevate the brand through creative storytelling and community engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organic Content Strategy: Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of the brand's organic content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), aligning with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop creative concepts, copy, and visuals that reflect the brand's voice. Oversee content production, ensuring it meets the highest standards and resonates with our target audience.
- Community Engagement: Manage and grow our online community by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering a positive environment that aligns with the brand's values.
- Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts, while remaining flexible to adjust for trending topics, news, and real-time content opportunities.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics of organic content and provide insights to improve engagement, reach, and community growth. Use data to refine strategy and report on key outcomes to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, PR, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging across all brand touchpoints and campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand's organic content fresh and engaging.
- Brand Advocacy: Champion the brand across all social media platforms, ensuring content reflects the brand's personality, values, and commitment to creativity.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 3+ years of social media experience, with a strong focus on organic content creation and community management. Previous experience in lifestyle or retail brands is a plus.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: A combination of creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to create content that both engages and converts.
- Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends, as well as a passion for staying current with the ever-changing landscape of social media marketing.
- Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in creating engaging, high-quality content, including copywriting, photography, and basic video editing.
