The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients social media presence across various platforms, with a focus on organic growth, audience engagement, and brand visibility. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive impactful social media strategies, create compelling content, and generate increased followers and organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Optimize Social Media Channels:Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to grow and engage the audience.
- Organic Growth and Follower Engagement:Drive organic traffic by creating unique, engaging content and interacting with followers to boost engagement and increase followers naturally.
- Content Creation and Planning:Plan, schedule, and post engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and stories, that align with each client's brand identity and goals.
- On-Site Visits and Video Production:Be willing to visit client locations to shoot videos, reels, and other multimedia content that highlights their services or products authentically.
- Data-Driven Optimization:Use analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights, improving reach and engagement.
- Trend Research:Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the creative team, account managers, and clients to ensure all content is aligned with client expectations and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software
- Excellent content creation skills, particularly in video and reel production
- Ability to visit client locations for video shoots when needed
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and engagement techniques
- Knowledge of SEO and social media optimization best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
