Responsibility:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
- Designing monthly, quarterly, and yearly digital media strategy in line with the business objective.
- Designing end-to-end social media campaigns and strategizing brand building activities
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
- Monitor the company s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
- Create methods for finding and solving online customer reviews
- Analyze the long-term needs of the company s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
- Need to be well versed with paid campaign promotions on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Identifying opportunities for partnerships, in terms of social media required content
- Management of various social media platforms and the content for the same
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on the social media platform
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
- Competitor and customer insights analysis (basis of the strategies implemented)
- Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales (basis of the strategies implemented)
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
Skills or Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years experience in social media management
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Facebook s advertising platform
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and Instagram content creation.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Prior experience of working in a start-up would be an added advantage
