Job Overview: We are looking for a versatile Social Media Manager cum Performance Marketer who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy while also optimizing performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, data-driven strategist, and a proactive problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Dock Social's goals.
Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

Content Creation:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media channels, maintaining Dock Social's brand consistency.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling multimedia content.

Community Management:

  • Foster and nurture online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Implement community engagement initiatives to enhance Dock Social's brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Performance Marketing:

  • Design and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Utilize data analytics and insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • A/B test and experiment with different strategies to improve campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze social media and performance marketing metrics, providing regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure integrated and cohesive campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the Dock Social table.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Performance Marketer.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and performance marketing
