Job Description

Develop and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
Create high-quality visual content for a variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Produce engaging graphics, videos, and interactive elements that enhance our social media presence.
Manage daily posts and respond to followers in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Plan and oversee all paid social campaigns, including partnerships with influencers.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong content creation and video editing skills, with a portfolio of published work.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest and other social media best practices.
Good understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
Multitasking and analytical skills.
