Summary Of The Role
The role involves developing and executing a social media strategy that aligns with business goals. This
includes creating daily content, monitoring and analyzing metrics, staying updated with trends,
collaborating with cross-functional teams, handling customer inquiries, and reporting on performance.
The content management responsibilities include developing a content strategy, creating a content
calendar, producing high-quality content, editing and proofreading, and analyzing performance.
Primary Responsibility
Social Media
- Developing and executing a social media strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Creating and publishing daily content on various social media platforms.
- Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure success and adjust strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing
efforts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle social media crisis management
- Maintain partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant stakeholders
- Set goals and regularly report on social media performance.
- Engaging with customers and fans to build relationships and respond to inquiries.
- Staying up-to-date with new social media tools, trends and best practices.
Content Management
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure regular and consistent content production
- Produce high-quality, engaging, and optimised content in various formats (e.g. blog posts,
infographics, videos, social media)
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, design, product) to ensure
cohesive content campaigns
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and ensure deliverables are
on-brand and on-strategy
- Analyze and report on the performance of content to inform future strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for content creation and distribution
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to reviews on Google/Zomato/Swiggy.
- Manage Vendors and adhere to timelines enforcing the same on them.
- Post Content on Google My Business and Trip Advisor
- Identify, Coordinate and liaison with external content providers.
- Assist Peers in the team in day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree with 5 years + of relevant work experience.
