Job Description: BPB Publications seeks a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, well-versed in digital marketing trends, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Social Media Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness through various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and relevant content for social media platforms that resonates with the target audience.
• Plan and organize a monthly social media calendar, strategically scheduling posts to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Actively engage with authors and relevant communities on social media, fostering a supportive and collaborative relationship.
• Stay updated with the latest technology-related market trends.
• Regularly monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of posts and campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team to make sure our social media plans are in sync.
• Constantly evolve and brainstorm for new ways/methods of digital marketing for brand building of BPB
