Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing

team. The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.

Content Creation and Curation: Create engaging, high-quality content including images, videos, and written posts for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Cultivate a sense of community among followers.

Social Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, product launches, special promotions, events, and partnerships.

Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach, drive engagement, and amplify our brand message.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, track performance, and generate insightful reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Stay Updated: Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and new social media platforms/tools. Continuously innovate and experiment with new strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content team, graphic designers, marketing managers, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience of 2 years in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of the electric vehicle industry or sustainable transportation is a plus.
