Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team to enhance the visibility and impact of the brand across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in social media management, with a passion for storytelling and engaging with audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with the brand identity and resonate with the right target audience.
- Craft and implement a thorough strategy for YouTube and Instagram channels to elevate the brand presence on the platform, including content planning, scheduling, and posting.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or within the media industry.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement metrics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
