Think creatively on how best to utilise our social media channels and those of our brands and clients
Coordinate social schedules, develop best practices for posting, publish our content, curate, and edit imagery and copy
Work on editorial campaigns and IPs together with the editorial teams and create deliverables for client campaigns
Develop and maintain a working relationship with both editorial and regional social media team to achieve higher engagement, reach and audience for our editorial content and the brands we work with
Understanding of social analytics and how to act on them
Liaising with the editorial, video, and audience development team to increase reach and engagement
Work with the editorial teams to help ideate, create, and execute engaging social content, initiatives, and campaigns
Write engaging on-brand social copy
Cut and adjust images and video for social use
Develop best practices for branded content on social media
Monitor content performance and find ways to improve it
Flexibility to adjust working hours based on events and news happening
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years professional experience running and growing social media channels with a focus on Instagram.
Ability to think analytically and creatively
Proven ability to analyse, interpret and translate data into a clear strategy
Passion for storytelling and understanding of content marketing
Deep knowledge and interest of the latest social media tools, trends, and platforms
Flawless comprehension of spoken and written English
A thorough understanding and appreciation of BurdaLuxury s core topics and content (D cor, Architecture, food, fashion, travel, and entertainment)
Experience with and Adobe Photoshop
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
