The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Writing content for social media platforms
- End-to-end management of social media channels across platforms
- Write content for social media platform
- Planning and execution of social media campaigns
- 100% ownership of content calendars for brand social media handles and CXO profiles; past experience in B2B tech would be a plus (Short form + Long form)
- Social listening and sentiment analysis via tools like Meltwater, Netbase, Brandwatch, GWI or others
- Should be able to interpret insights from platform-native analytics dashboards and external tools like Sprinklr
- Should be able to handle a team
- Past experience in ad campaigns and ORM (Online Response management) would be a plus, but not mandatory
Qualifications
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- 5-6 yrs experience
- Agency experience preferred
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
