Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, experience in managing social media for luxury or apparel brands, and deep knowledge of Instagram trends and influencer marketing. This position will be responsible for developing strategies to grow a targeted follower base, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Manage day-to-day handling of all social media platforms, particularly Instagram, including content creation, posting schedules, and community management.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends on Instagram and apply them to content strategies.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create engaging campaigns that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics on social media platforms to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent and high-quality storytelling that resonates with the target audience.
- Foster a strong sense of community and brand loyalty through customer interactions, user-generated content, and feedback loops.
- Work closely with the Marketing Head to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with larger marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3-5 years in social media management, specifically with fashion or luxury brands (experience in maternity wear is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms, including content trends and influencer collaborations.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a strong sense of creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in building and managing a follower base, increasing engagement, and driving revenue through social media.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign success and optimize based on performance data.
- Experience working with content management tools and scheduling platforms.
