Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager and Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media platforms for clothing brands and will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and ultimately drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.- Manage and maintain the brand's social media channels, including scheduling and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the brand's social media strategy.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies and decision-making.- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and drive engagement.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop visually compelling content, including graphics, photos, and videos.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and issues via social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the fashion or clothing industry.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences, algorithms, and best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends in the industry.
