Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to manage both our company's and our clients social media profiles. The ideal candidate should be adept at engaging audiences, creating and publishing content, and have a flair for designing visually appealing posts using tools like Canva. Familiarity with creating social media reels and a willingness to appear on camera are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

Grow Follower Base:

  • Implement targeted follower growth strategies, including engaging with relevant accounts and participating in trending conversations.
  • Engage with followers, respond to mentions, and participate in trending topics to increase visibility.
  • Monitor follower growth daily and adjust tactics to ensure consistent increase.

Produce Daily Content Pieces for Instagram:

  • Identify industry-specific trends weekly to keep the content strategy relevant and innovative.
  • Plan and execute daily shoots for engaging infotainment content suitable for Instagram's audience.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Publish content pieces (reels + static posts) on different social media channels for each brand every day.

Achieve Significant Organic Reach & Increase Story Engagement:

  • Post reels that achieve significant organic reach.
  • Ensure the cumulative organic reach is substantial across all posts.
  • Track and report the reach metrics weekly to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Post stories regularly for each brand.
  • Achieve a high engagement rate on these stories.

Create Detailed Content Calendars Monthly for Clients and Internal Brands:

  • Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to outline content objectives and deliverables.
  • Plan and organize content across all platforms, ensuring a consistent and strategic distribution of messaging.
  • Secure approvals for content plans and adjust schedules based on feedback or market changes.

Boost Post Interactions & Enhance Audience Engagement:

  • Achieve a high number of direct interactions (likes, comments, shares) per post on average monthly for each brand.
  • Implement engagement strategies such as call-to-actions, interactive content, and contests to increase interactions.
  • Respond to the majority of comments and messages within 24 hours.
  • Monitor response times and interaction quality to ensure prompt and effective engagement.

Team Handling:

  • Lead and mentor a team of social media executives and content creators.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and strategize future campaigns.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, ensuring everyone is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

General Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategies for the company and clients.
  • Create engaging and innovative content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design visually appealing graphics, posts, and reels using Canva and other design tools.
  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
  • Utilize analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns and content.
  • Manage content calendars and scheduling for timely content delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of Canva and other graphic design tools.
  • Ability to create engaging and trendy social media reels.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to express our company's views creatively.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Strong multitasking and analytical skills.
