Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at AS-IT-IS Nutrition (MELTING POT CONCEPTS PRIVATE LIMITED). As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the company's social media strategy, growing our online presence, and engaging with our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the health and wellness industry
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media data

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Manage and create content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media trends and competitors activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market
- Engage with our target audience and respond to their inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective social media campaigns and promotions

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and trends
- Manage social media advertising and budget allocation to maximize the ROI
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and industry partners for collaborations and brand promotions
