Role Overview:

The Social Media Lead for The Hub Bengaluru will play a critical role in shaping the brand's presence on Instagram. This position is responsible for developing a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to increase engagement, web traffic, and overall brand visibility. The Lead will work closely with internal teams, influencers, and clients to ensure that all content aligns with our clients vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development for our clients:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Instagram-focused social media strategy to enhance our clients online presence, increase web traffic, and foster customer engagement.
• Regularly update strategies in line with evolving social media trends and technologies, while keeping our company's vision in mind.

Content Creation for our clients:

• Collaborate with video, design, and creative strategists to produce engaging, high-quality content specifically tailored for our clients Instagram audience.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars for our social media, ensuring timely and relevant posts.

Performance Analysis:

• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) to track and report on key performance metrics for our clients.
• Apply data insights to optimize content and strategies.

Campaign Management:

• Design and manage ad campaigns for our clients, aligning them with the brand's overall business objectives.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic for our clients across all platforms.

Trend Monitoring and Implementation:

• Stay ahead of competitors strategies and emerging trends in the broader social media landscape.
• Integrate relevant trends and best practices to enhance Our clients presence.

Collaboration and Team Leadership:

• Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, influencers, and industry professionals to support our clients messaging and campaigns.
• Lead and mentor the social media team for our clients in developing and executing strategies.
• Work closely with clients on collaborative projects, providing social media expertise and support as needed.
