Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, expertise in graphic design tools, and proven experience in developing and executing organic strategies to generate leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Strategy
    • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X Post, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant posting.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to assess performance and optimize strategies.
  • Content Creation
    • Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, etc.
    • Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts that align with the brands voice and messaging.
  • Lead Generation
    • Develop and execute organic social media strategies to generate leads and drive conversions.
    • Identify and engage with target audiences to build relationships and increase followers.
    • Utilize social media listening tools to identify potential leads and opportunities for engagement.
  • Community Management
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster a sense of community and encourage user-generated content and interaction.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and impact.
  • Research and Trends
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, etc.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
