We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, expertise in graphic design tools, and proven experience in developing and executing organic strategies to generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X Post, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant posting.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to assess performance and optimize strategies.
- Content Creation
- Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, etc.
- Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts that align with the brands voice and messaging.
- Lead Generation
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Identify and engage with target audiences to build relationships and increase followers.
- Utilize social media listening tools to identify potential leads and opportunities for engagement.
- Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a sense of community and encourage user-generated content and interaction.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and impact.
- Research and Trends
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
