Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern who is fluent in Tamil to join our team. In this role, you will support our social media initiatives by creating and curating content tailored for Tamil-speaking audiences. You'll collaborate with the marketing team to grow our online presence, engage with our community, and stay on top of regional trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Conceptualization: Develop and publish engaging, culturally relevant content in Tamil across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Community Engagement: Interact with the Tamil-speaking audience, responding to comments, messages, and discussions in a timely and professional manner.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on current social media trends, memes, and regional pop culture to help shape content strategy.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns that resonate with the Tamil-speaking market.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of social media posts and campaigns, offering insights for improvement.
- Collaborations: Work with influencers and content creators in the Tamil community to amplify our brand presence.
Requirements:
- This is an In-Office paid Internship for the duration of 3 months
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Tamil are a must.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- A knack for coming up with creative ideas to engage the Tamil-speaking audience.
- A deep understanding of Tamil culture, trends, and entertainment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- The FRND team operates six days a week, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month as working days.
