Social Media & Influencer Marketing Responsibilities:
- Influencer Campaign Strategizing & Execution
Create influencer brief and discuss with influencer agency for GTM, always on campaigns
Quarterly planning Influencer strategy
Influencer shortlist, scripting, shoot plan,
Oversee garment sourcing for influencers and obtain required approvals from the zonal team.
Execute influencer campaigns in terms of scripting and finalising garments
Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insightful analysis and recommendations for future improvements.
Monitor and measure the success of influencer campaigns through analytics and reporting, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
The candidate must have a deep understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) and be able to develop and execute effective social media strategies.
The individual should be able to analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
Identify ways to drive traffic to stores through social media
- Paid Advertising Knowledge (Desirable)
While not mandatory, a strong background in paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) is highly desirable.
The individual should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Analytical and Data-Driven Approach
The candidate needs to possess strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, derive insights from data, and implement data-driven improvements.
Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to monitor KPIs and generate reports is essential.
- Creative and Strategic Thinking
The candidate should have a flair for creativity to design engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
They must also be strategic, able to align social media and influencer campaigns with broader business goals and marketing objectives.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills
Excellent communication skills are vital for coordinating with internal teams (e.g., cross functional teams, designers) and external partners (e.g., influencers, agencies).
The ability to clearly articulate campaign goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders is crucial.
The candidate should be adept at managing budgets for social media and influencer campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximization of resources.
Understanding the cost elements involved in digital marketing and being able to negotiate costs effectively is important.
