Social Media Handler

Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Handler to join our team. As a Social Media Handler, you will be responsible for managing and executing all social media activities for our brand. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with the job market context in India.

Responsibilities

• Create, curate and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast) for our social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of our social media strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content and ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social or similar
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design software
• Strong analytical skills to measure and report on social media performance
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
