Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert with expertise in graphic design to manage and enhance our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices, combined with strong graphic design skills to create visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize social media profiles across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Content Creation & Design:
- Create visually compelling graphics, images, and videos for social media posts, stories, and ads.
- Design promotional materials, including banners, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Community Engagement:
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other key stakeholders.
- Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive engagement and conversions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and graphic design, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
