Key Responsibilities :
- Influencer Outreach & Negotiation: Identify, connect, and negotiate with influencers to amplify our brand presence.
- Content & Script Writing: Develop engaging scripts and content ideas for influencer collaborations, social media posts, and reels.
- Social Media Calendar: Plan, create, and manage a content calendar that aligns with brand goals and upcoming campaigns.
- Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and ideate new product categories, concepts, and fresh ideas for social media reels, posts, and stories.
- Avenue Exploration: Identify new opportunities and avenues to scale our brands social media presence, focusing on growth strategies.
- Competitive Research: Keep a close watch on competitors and industry trends to maintain our competitive edge.
Skills That Define Success:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a flair for content writing.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for social media growth.
- Ability to stay updated on trends and competitive landscapes.
