#### Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SMO strategies across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand and marketing goals
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing strategies
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Optimize company pages within each social media platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content
#### Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SMO Expert or similar role in a digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
- Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creativity and an eye for detail
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
