Social Media Management:- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
Meta Ads Management:- Planned, executed, and optimized paid social media campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
Analyse ad performance and provide reports with actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.Internal Team Coordination:
Collaborate closely with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and timely delivery of social media content.
- Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media projects.
Understand client needs and provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyse social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and others.
Prepare detailed reports to present to clients and internal teams, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for improvement.
Minimum of 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in social media management, Meta Ads management, and client communication.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and other social media management tools.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, email marketing) is advantageous.
