- Job Responsibilities and Skills Required
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging.- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for new opportunities.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and audience preferences.
Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling and error-free content.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh ideas that drive engagement and brand growth.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
Demonstrated success in growing and engaging social media audiences.- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
