As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
You will be in charge of managing all our social media platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring and analyzing social media performance, and interacting with our online community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply them to our social media strategy.
- Analyze social media performance using various analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly to improve results.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to integrate social media into overall business strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other key stakeholders in the industry.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns to support marketing objectives.
- Monitor and manage social media budgets effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven 1 to 2 Years experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying ahead of industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in industries such as healthcare, edtech, technology, fashion, lifestyle, or real estate.
