This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience in social media management who wants to make a significant impact in the wine and spirits industry.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop a daily/weekly social media content calendar and execute social media posts based on the approved calendar.
- Draft consistent and engaging copy according to campaign messaging, tone, and voice.
- Generate biweekly/monthly analytics reports for campaign channels to measure success and inform strategy.
- Moderate all user-generated comments and respond promptly to foster community engagement.
- Participate in weekly social media team calls to collaborate on strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate daily with the company's visual designer to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content.
- Implement the social media calendar for each campaign cycle, ensuring timely and effective execution.
About You:
- Experience: 1-3 years of social media management experience, including content planning, execution, and analysis.
- Education & Background: A bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, media, environment, social sciences, or a related field is desirable. A background in wine and spirits is highly preferred.
- Campaign Management: Experience in planning and running social media campaigns is desirable.
- Audience Understanding: Ability to understand youth audiences and target them effectively to capture their attention and drive action through well-thought-out entry points and messaging.
- Digital Media Knowledge: Understand the digital media landscape to integrate our narratives into public discourse.
- Paid Media Tools: Experience with online paid media tools is highly preferred.
- Social Media Tools: Proficiency in using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite.
- Location: Based in Mumbai or currently working in Mumbai.
