We take pride in our commitment to excellence and creativity, and we are looking for a talented Copywriter/Content Writer to join our dynamic team. About Us: Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee our social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and have a deep understanding of various social media platforms. They will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media campaigns to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and business objectives.

Content Creation: Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.

Platform Management: Manage and maintain the company's presence on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Audience Engagement: Engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth and interaction.

Campaign Planning: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance analysis.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices, and

Brand Voice and Consistency: Ensure brand consistency and maintain a cohesive brand voice incorporate them into the strategy. across all social media channels.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to create cohesive and effective social media campaigns.

Crisis Management: Develop and implement a crisis management plan for handling negative comments or PR crises on social media. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
