Roles & Responsibilities:

Content Designing, Planning, Strategizing & Execution for the brand's social media accounts, including organizing cross-platform content strategies (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin etc.)

Develop new social media campaigns from the ground up, considering the brand's needs, including ideas for website blogs and marketing campaigns

Develop complete content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis

Manage and update social media profiles on platforms and monitor engagement, respond to comments or messages and coordinate with influencers for outreach and desired output

Launch and support the team to optimize all online adverts through Google Ads, Facebook, etc.

Perform research into our brand's category and build a strategy to increase the engagement by 10x and month-on-month organic growth

Assist with photoshoots and editing i.e. Product creative photography, brand's identity, campaign shoot content, video content creation with content team for execution

Provide support to our marketing & founding team at live offline and online events

Will be preferred if you:

• Have experience working with D2C, Skincare or Beauty brands
• Passionate about fitness or sports and personal care, beauty and wellness category
• Know how to run ads on different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google

Background & Experience:

• Proficient command over English & Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years Proven experience in Social Media Management
• Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights

Looking for candidates who are :

• Based in Mumbai and ready to work full-time (not freelancers or agencies)
• Happy to work 5 days a week from the office (not hybrid)
• Comfortable travelling to the office in Ghatkopar East (5 mins walk from the station)
• Available to join us immediately / as early as possible
• Open to working on their own Laptop / Device
