JD Social Media Executive
The Social Media Executive (Client Servicing) will be responsible for managing and
nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing
campaigns, and driving client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of digital
marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple
clients and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1.Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients business goals, marketing objectives, and challenges.
2.Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with clients to define digital marketing strategies and campaign objectives.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans, including SEO, SEM, social
media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time,
within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
3.Project Management:
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and
quality control.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, content, SEO, PPC, and
social media specialists, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired
- outcomes.
4.Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google
analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews.
5.Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on client projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience and Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on client servicing and account management.
- Preferably 2 years work Experience in an Agency
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social
media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
