Scope:
Join a leading chocolatier who is also an influential figure on Instagram! Our brand is synonymous with creativity, quality, and luxury, and we're seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to amplify our digital presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management: Write and post daily content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring each post is engaging, brand-aligned, and timely.
- Growth : Bring growth to social media channels through leveraging trends and content
- Design & Visual Content: Utilize Canva to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and values.
- Caption Writing: Craft multiple compelling and on-brand captions daily to drive engagement and interaction.
- Client Communication: Confidently interact with clients via calls and meetings, representing our brand professionally and eloquently.
- Event Participation: Attend events and shows with the client, providing on-the-ground support for social media coverage.
- Travel: Be available to travel to shoot locations as needed to capture content.
- Research & Trends: Conduct thorough research on trending topics and integrate findings into social media strategies to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Organizational Duties: Promptly organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Adaptability: Be open to learning, adapting to new challenges, and taking on additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Digital Marketing or a certified qualification in bachelors.
- A background in Communication or related fields.
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Hands-on experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube).
- Knowledge of Canva and mindful design practices.
- Strong research skills and the ability to stay updated with the latest trends in social media.
- A proactive attitude and readiness to face challenges head-on.
