Job Description

As a Social Media Executive, your role is to develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales or engagement. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, analyzing analytics, and managing the organization's social media accounts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Curation:
  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
Create, edit, and publish content for various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Curate relevant content from other sources for reposting or sharing.


Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms.
  • Engage with followers and manage online communities to build brand loyalty.
Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including budget management.
Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate social media with other marketing activities.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or other social media analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights gained from social media campaigns.
Social Media Advertising:
  • Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
Optimize ads based on performance data and insights.
Stay Updated: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including best practices and analytics.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field is often preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13,
  • 00 - 18,000.00 per month
