Job Summary:

Podosphere Technologies is seeking a dynamic and organized Social Media Manager to manage multiple clients across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and oversee content calendars and monthly social media strategies that maximize reach and engagement for our clients. You will act as a key communication bridge between clients and our graphic design team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content while maintaining a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee social media accounts for multiple clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.

Develop monthly social media strategies tailored to each client's goals, including audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

Create, plan, and schedule content calendars, ensuring alignment with the client's brand voice and marketing objectives.

Collaborate closely with the graphic design team to ensure creative assets align with the client's strategy and vision.

Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the design team, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations on both sides.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and follower growth to measure campaign effectiveness.

Use social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, and Facebook Business Manager to plan, publish, and monitor content efficiently.

Analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Socialbakers, and Facebook/Instagram Insights to optimize future strategies.

Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to integrate new ideas and innovations into client strategies.

Ensure that all content is delivered on time and within the approved deadlines.

Coordinate client feedback and approvals, making necessary revisions to content when needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in an agency setting managing multiple clients.

Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Sprinklr, or Socialbakers.

Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and collaborate with internal teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Creativity and attention to detail in planning and creating engaging content.

Basic understanding of graphic design and content creation processes is a plus.
