We are hiring Social Media Executive for a leading Appliances Brand
The Social Media Executive plays a pivotal role in creating and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster engagement. They will be responsible for managing all social media channels, implementing effective campaigns, and analyzing the performance of digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
- Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms
- Manage and monitor all social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments
- Analyze and report on social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing plans
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of content
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
- Contribute to the development of social media content calendars
- Implement strategies to expand the company's social media reach and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
- Demonstrated expertise in social media platforms and best practices
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Experience with social media management tools and scheduling platforms
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or other editing software
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies
- Understanding of social advertising platforms and content management systems
