Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media management, as well as a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.
- Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic across all relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and KPIs to measure performance, optimize strategies, and derive actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and proactively incorporate them into the strategy.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive social media strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to boost brand visibility and reach.
- Engage with customers on social media platforms by responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns to complement social media efforts.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in social media strategies.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, particularly in developing and implementing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics).
- Proficiency in social media management platforms and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: 400,000.00 - 600,000.00 per month
