• Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content and increasing the reach of our social media presence. You will play a crucial role in shaping the online voice of Indigifts and building a strong community of followers and customers.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.

• Create engaging and creative content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to each social media platform.

Schedule and publish posts consistently and at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.

• Engage with influencers and manage influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility.

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

• Monitor competitors social media activities and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and think outside the box.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
