Job Description : Senior Executive - Social Media
Location: Powai
Work model: Onsite working
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
Identify target audience, trends, and insights to develop engaging content.
Stay up-to-date with changes in social media platforms and tools, and adjust the strategy as needed.
Track competition & recommend strategies based on the observations
Content Creation and Curation
Community Management:
Interact with the online community and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
Foster positive relationships with followers and manage online discussions.
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
Social Media Advertising
Online reputation management:
Understanding on ORM and knowledge on using the tool & setting up response matrix
ORM reports to understand brand sentiment amongst the various stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-3 yrs of Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms for a business or organization.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of social media advertising and content marketing principles.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and innovative content ideas.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
