Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy Development:
Assist in the creation and implementation of social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Content Creation and Management:
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Foster and maintain relationships with key influencers and followers.
Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand.
Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
SEO And Web Traffic Metrics
Utilize social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role.
Skills
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Team player.
Good time-management skills.
Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
