Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive at French Crown in Surat. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for media planning, communication, social media marketing, writing, and social media optimization (SMO).

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

• Develop, curate, and post engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing social media content.

Community Management:

• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster relationships with followers and customers to improve brand loyalty.
• Monitor user-generated content and conversations related to the brand.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand awareness.

Performance Analysis:

• Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics such as engagement, followers growth, and conversion rates.
• Use insights from data to optimize content, campaigns, and overall social media strategy.

Trend Monitoring:

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform changes, and best practices.
• Identify new opportunities for brand visibility and growth.
