Overview:
The Social Media Executive plays a crucial role in developing the organizations online presence and brand awareness. They are responsible for creating and managing social media content, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance to optimize strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create engaging written, graphic, and video content for social media platforms
- Monitor social media trends, tools, apps, and effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs
- Analyze and report on social media performance, using key metrics and recommend improvements
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and technologies
- Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content
- Manage and oversee social media accounts design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, etc.)
- Coordinate with influencers and manage partnerships
- Stay informed about the latest social media platforms and their specific features
- Conduct social media advertising campaigns
- Provide constructive feedback
- Stay current with emerging digital and social media trends
- Manage social media budget and analyze the efficiency of advertising campaigns

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience in content management, copywriting, and analytics tools
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media advertising campaigns
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with visual content creation tools
