Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging and relevant content for our social media channels, including but not limited to posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
- Platform Management: Monitor and manage our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
- Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to inform content strategy and optimization efforts..
- Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering meaningful interactions and building relationships with our audience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing key social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion, to evaluate the performance of content and campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
- Campaign Support: Support the execution of social media campaigns and initiatives, including brainstorming ideas, creating content calendars, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and strategies.
