Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content.

* Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, snap, WhatsApp, Pinterest, Youtube and LinkedIn.

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze social media analytics.

* Provide regular reports on campaign performance, audience insights, and recommendations for improvement.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve social media strategies.

* Foster and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Encourage user-generated content and build a sense of community around brands.

* Be Able to utilize Ai to its potential to create engaging content. Experimenting with different Ai Tools to optimize workflow.

* Build and manage content calendars for aligning with their marketing goals and promotional activities.

* Schedule posts for optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.

* Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual elements.

* Stay updated on social media trends and emerging technologies.

* Utilize trends to create timely and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.

* Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve objectives.

* Manage influencer partnerships, including negotiations and content approvals.

Skills & Experience:

* Degree in any discipline is preferred a good experience of at least 1- 2 years in the relevant field can also be considered

* -Proven experience in Social Media Management.

* Strong understanding of Social Media platforms and algorithms.

* Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

* Proficiency in analytics tools and social media advertising is a plus.

* Experience in the healthcare and/or diagnostics industry is preferred

* Experience using advanced social media management tools for scheduling and analytics.

* Ability to shoot video specific to shorts/reels form on social media.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
