BurdaLuxury is looking for a Social Media Growth Executive to manage the social media channel of our teams in (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and India). This role will be responsible for discovering and posting high-performing and engaging content for Lifestyle Asia, Prestige, and Augustman. Were looking for a professionally experienced, analytical individual whose role will entail managing and coordinating content on our social channels with a focus on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, as well as executing and optimizing our paid activities, driving engagement and followership to our brands. Working with our editorial, video, and regional social team the ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, a flawless comprehension of spoken and written English, deep knowledge of the latest social media tools, trends, and platforms, and be plugged into contemporary popular culture.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Discover, manage, and post content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn with a data-driven approach
- Promoting well-performing website content (based on Insights/GA), news, and UGC on our social media channels
- Develop tactics on how to grow the following of our social media channels
- Managing daily real-time performance marketing activities, optimization and testing to improve performance
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences (Deep diving into audience insights)
- Coordinate social schedules, develop best practices for posting, publish our content, curate and edit imagery and copy
- Develop and maintain a working relationship with both editorial and regional social media team to meet growth KPIs
- Understanding of social analytics and how to act on them
- Liaising with the editorial, video, and audience development team to increase our growth
- Cut and adjust images and video for social use
- Monitor content performance and find ways to improve it
- Flexibility to adjust working hours based on events and news happening
- Ability to spot trends and news proactively and ahead of our competitors across different fields, especially entertainment, food and lifestyle brands and news
- Set up social media campaigns via Meta Business Suite and well verse in Facebook and Instagram ads requirement.
- Optimizing campaign results and ensure campaign delivery according to KPI.
- Ability to plan and advise on media budget allocation, target audience and KPI recommendation.
- Assist and prepare clients post-campaign report.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional experience running and growing social media channels with a focus on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Tiktok and Instagram
- Ability to think analytically and creatively
- Proven ability to analyse, interpret and translate data into a clear strategy and a track record of working with analytics tools
- Well-versed with various social media analytics dashboards (Instagram, Meta Suite, Twitter Insights, YouTube Creator Studio etc) and Google Analytics.
- Passion for storytelling and understanding of content marketing
- Deep knowledge and interest in the latest social media tools, trends, and platforms
- Flawless comprehension of spoken and written English
- A thorough understanding and appreciation of BurdaLuxury s core topics and content (food, fashion, travel, and entertainment)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
